Where we need support: We are searching for a Brand Manager to develop and lead the digital strategy for a skincare brand at Elements Brands. You will grow a team, build best-in-class digital marketing, develop products for the brands you manage. We’re looking for someone with deep experience driving business and digital marketing for early-age brands in the digital space. In this role, you'll be a part of a growing team and gain exposure to the brand process from pre-launch to go-to-market, scaling and build extensive knowledge of best practices in the digital industry. We are self-starters who know how to create something from nothing. Someone who is both independent and values collaboration will be successful here.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

  • Lead and develop brand strategy across all selling platforms
  • Develop marketing, advertising and media plans across all channel
  • Analyze and report brand and item level revenue and marketing performance metrics
  • Present strategies, insights, trends and actuals to internal and external teams
  • Lead and develop the brand team, focus on creative and paid media partnerships and teams

  • Creative mindset, actively contribute to the creative process to develop and design product and valuable content for our brands and products
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, written, verbal, and slack
  • Data driven: exceptional analytical skills, experience driving revenue & advertising median growth to hit financial plans and targets

Deliverables:

  • Present performance and insights to leadership team on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Own revenue & digital marketing budget/forecast for brand
  • Goal setting on the brand level and develop team goals
