Job Description

Elements Brands is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to manage all Google and Microsoft accounts across various brands in our portfolio. This position is responsible for developing targeting and budget recommendations, launching campaigns, optimizing ads based on KPIs, reporting on campaign metrics, and providing actionable recommendations for improving performance on an ongoing basis.

The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about paid search advertising and ready to make an immediate impact on our brands by engaging the right audiences and driving conversions through profitable ad spend.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage paid advertising campaigns with an emphasis on Google Ads (search, display, shopping, & video)
  • Test account structure, keywords, audience targeting, budget allocation, ad variants, and other options to improve ROAS
  • Drive traffic to landing pages and PDPs and provide insights to improve conversions through those pages based on paid search performance
  • Collaborate with in house and external creatives to develop high performing advertising assets
  • Identify opportunities to enhance paid search performance and compose and submit recommendations in that regard
  • Work with a team of paid media specialists to mesh advertising efforts across multiple advertising platforms

Qualifications & Experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of paid search advertising concepts and principles
  • 2-3 years of experience in Paid Search with a track record of proven results.
  • 1+ years of experience building and managing ad campaigns on Google Ads
  • Bonus points for experience with other search platforms such as Microsoft Ads
  • Ability to develop and manage multiple paid search campaigns simultaneously across a number of brands
  • Capable of evaluating data to understand performance and derive insights that can be used as hypotheses for future testing and/or strategies
  • A strong understanding of emerging paid search techniques, trends, and platform updates and the impact on the greater ecommerce ecosystem
