I am looking for a full-time executive assistant to help keep all our trains running on time. Must be organized, proactive, and professional. You should love to design organizational systems, and be comfortable interacting with executives inside and outside our company. I am looking for a partner to help me take our company to the next level.
You will report directly to me, Bill D'Alessandro and interact regularly with our leadership team, which includes our COO, Director of Marketing, Director of Operations, and more. Elements Brands has 60+ employees, and you will interact on my behalf with many of them on a regular basis. You will also sit in on high-level meetings to ensure we are always on the same page.
Your regular responsibilities include calendaring, managing and triaging email communications, designing and following processes (including hiring), acting as first point-of-contact for employees who need my assistance, and organizing in-office details once we are back on-site post-pandemic. We will approach the role of CEO as a team, and your job is to help me be as effective as possible in leading our company as we grow.
