Job Description

Elements Brands is looking for a Social Media Associate to manage and grow our organic social media accounts and build a community for our brands.

This role is responsible for curating and posting all content for our social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. You will work alongside our marketing team to execute campaigns, spread brand awareness, and grow our digital revenue.

The Social Media Associate will also be responsible for overseeing community management by engaging with followers via comments and direct messages. You will provide invaluable insights to the rest of our team regarding customer sentiment, product development, and more.

If you were our Social Media Associate, you would have completed the following in the last week:

  • Worked with several content creators to generate photography and video assets for our brand
  • Responded to DMs from customers inquiring about product ingredients
  • Presented a new strategy for Instagram Story Highlights to increase revenue
  • Participated in a team-wide brainstorm for the launch of a new product line
  • Planned and scheduled all social media content for the next week

The ideal candidates for this job will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts with 200k+ followers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media channels and a knack for staying up to date on the latest trends
  • Proficiency in Adobe systems (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop) or Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills. You are comfortable communicating with customers in a brand voice.
  • Experience with detailed reporting. You know your way around metrics and excel.
